Spacious holiday home with lake property. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. AC is available for hot days.

Welcome to our guest house, which is located separately next to our residential building. 7 beds and a crib provide the opportunity for larger groups. Possibility of extra mattress. Bo i ett mysigt tentipitält omgivet av skog och sjön Fryken. Inuti finns dubbelsäng och soffa. Utanför tältet finns en vedugn där du kan laga mat under bar himmel samt en enkel matplats. Du har även egen tillgång till en timmerstuga som ligger alldeles intill med kokplattor, kylskåp och matplats & kaffe. Ett utedass ligger en kort promenad in i skogen. Parkering ligger cirka 150 m från platsen med en backe ner. Endast 15 min från Sunne centrum ligger detta smultronställe.

The house is located on the east side of the lake, 6 km from Sunne center, opposite Rottneros Park, Sunne golf course and Västanå Theater. Two cats are in the yard that will gladly keep you company if you want to stroll around the garden.
