We offer a 10% discount for weekly rentals and a 25% discount for monthly rental. Come stay and unwind. If more space is needed, we also have a loft that can be added on for $100/stay.

Stay in the heart of Ketchum at this cozy studio condo, perfectly located for both adventure and relaxation. Just steps away you will find bars, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, skiing, tennis/pickleball, parks, bike/hiking trails and more. The comfortable bed and large kitchen are great but the highlight of this condo is the private patio view of Bald Mountain where you can enjoy coffee/cocktail while taking in the stunning view. Morning sun rises and evening sun sets will not disappoint.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish eco studio situated on 6 acres out Indian Creek. Vaulted ceilings, private patio, japanese bidet toilet, modern kitchen (house was completed in 23'), loft (not appropriate for kids under 7), all lime-stucco interior and exterior, AC, radiant heat, wifi, and living roof! Enjoy the amazing mountain views and wildlife only 5 minutes from Hailey. There is an additional charge for 3 people. We cannot accommodate more than 3 people in this studio.

Beautiful Baldy View-Cottonwoods-Resort Access

Updated top floor condo is a few minutes walk from the historic Sun Valley Resort. Fantastic view of Baldy ski/bike mountain and surrounding mountain from the inside of the condo as well as the deck. 2 bath (hard to find) 1 bedroom with King bed and also a Murphy Queen bed in common area. Please note that the condo is on the 3rd floor, there is not an elevator so please be comfortable climbing stairs :)
