In winter, you can ski to the Turek Ski Resort (1 min walk), the Panorama Ski Resort (15 min walk) or to the luxurious Dolní Morava, Buková Hora. Summer offers plenty of excursions, hiking trails and experiences.

Ideal SKI IN position 250m from the ski slope in the Kouty Area - ensures great accessibility for skiing, skialping, cross-country skiing, hiking or an adrenaline rush in the bike park. Under normal snow conditions it is possible to ski 10m from the cottage. The cottages are also located only approx. 5 minutes from Červenohorské sedlo and 30 minutes from Dolní Morava. In the garden there is a luxurious wellness house with a large glass sauna and a view of the Desná River. There's also a swimming pond in the garden.

We rent a house with a garden all year round in the village of Králíky, in the Králický Sněžník area. The location offers sports activities and beautiful nature. The house is close to the Dolní Morava resort, popular with tourists. Accommodation for max. 8 adults, 10 people including children. The house is fully equipped, situated in a quiet place with good transport accessibility. The location is suitable for summer and winter holidays, family holidays or relaxation with friends. During the summer holidays, we only offer weekly stays starting on Saturday.
