Our modern log home is set up with fine things like Turkish towels, local artisan soaps & the softest sheets. The tasteful decor has an mcm vibe w/industrial touches. Wander outdoors, swim, follow a creek, slip into the forest, hike back, cook dinner in a state of the art kitchen w/ a pantry full of fun gadgets. Relax by the fireplace, sit outside & watch the stars, light a fire. We provide blankets & wood. A welcome basket & a fully stocked coffee bar for the early mornings are waiting for you.

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Tiny glamping cabin with mineral spring hot tub

This off grid, alternative powered site is located towards the front of a large twelve acre estate, alongside a flowing brook. Elevated over a natural spring that flows year round, the Japanese inspired aesthetics of this private, tiny cabin sits perched atop a deck among the wooded trees overlooking the waterway the mineral spring feeds, but not before filling the in-ground, cedar lined, two person, bubbling hot tub heated with a wood burning stove. One of two glamping sites on the 12 acres.

By day, enjoy the views from a 1500 square foot wrap-around deck and explore the adorable nearby towns of Bovina, Andes, Delhi and more. By night, star gaze from the comfort of a cozy loft or sit by the wood stove on a chilly night. The Bovina Schoolhouse offers the perfect getaway for a couple, small family, or friends. An open layout is perfect for cooking, dining and lounging.

Get away from it all in this secluded off-grid cabin. Inspired by traditional lean-tos and modern Swedish design. This minimal space features a wall of windows that makes you feel like you are sleeping in the trees, while staying cozy and dry. (There are currently NO animals on the farm, as this is primarily a nut tree farm.) This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

"Far from the Madding Crowd" Cozy Cabin Retreat

Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.
