The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

My cozy apartment offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests, just a pleasant 10-minute walk from the historic center of Český Krumlov. A big bonus is free parking right in front of the house, so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest without any worries. After a day of exploring the town, you can return to a relaxing space with a fully equipped kitchen. Reliable WiFi and a Smart TV are, of course, included. The cozy 2-room apartment is located in the Kohlbruck district. Within walking distance are various shopping facilities (Aldi, Kaufland, etc.), banks, gas station, restaurants, exhibition grounds, adventure pool, police, playground, etc. If you are not afraid of a longer walk, you can reach the center in a good 30 minutes. Otherwise, bus line 8 stops right outside the front door as well as lines 1 and 2 for about 100 m. Easy and fast connection to the highway. Parking space available.

The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes.
