Huset ligger i "byn" mitt på ön med promenadavstånd till bad i alla väderstreck, 30 meter till mataffär och 10 minuters promenad till färjeläget Bratten. Från balkongen med kvällsol ser du får som betar på ängen. Boendet har två sovrum, vardagsrum, badrum och ett rymligt, fullt utrustat kök. Tvättmaskin finns i badrummet, fungerande vedspis i köket. Boendet är på ca 75 kvadrat.
