The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

The lake house, my personal life's dream. But too big to use alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, right on the lake surrounded by forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to two barbecue/fireplaces, the private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowboat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything... so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

Das Appartement verfügt über eine 40 m2 große Sonnenterrasse, 2 Schlafzimmer mit Jalousien, ein Wohnzimmer, einen Flachbild-Kabel-TV, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Der Golfplatz des Kärntner Golf Clubs Dellach befindet sich direkt hinter unserem Haus. Für unsere Gäste gibt es 40 % Greenfee Ermäßigung.
