The old customs house

Experience relaxation in the idyllic, old customs house under thatch in Schülperneuensiel, near Sankt Peter-Ording and Büsum. This lovingly renovated house from 1850 offers modern country house style, three bedrooms, two shower bathrooms with underfloor heating and a cozy living area with a Swedish stove. Slightly away from the tourist strongholds of St. Peter Ording and Büsum, the Kleine Heimat is located in the heart of the march in the municipality of Oesterwurth. The 80m² apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and is located in the walls of an old cabbage barn on the rear part of a 1,500m² plot. It has a separate entrance, a modern, fully equipped fitted kitchen, a spacious dining and living area and two bedrooms (1 large double bed + 1 bunk bed).

In the district town of Heide, 20 km from the North Sea, we offer part of our house as a complete, completely separate residential unit of approx. 120 m2 for max. 4 people. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, about 15 minutes walk to the Heide center/market square and is very convenient as a starting point for walks in the moor, forest and for bike tours. Bikes can be stored and the car can be parked right outside the front door.

Liebe Gäste, unser Ferienwohnung liegt in einem 2021/2022 neu erbauten Ein-Familienhaus im Untergeschoß mit eigenem Eingang im Grünen . Strübbel ist ländlich gelegen im Kreis Dithmarschen/Schleswig-Holstein . Von der Autobahn A23 aus Süden kommend , fährt man Richtung Norden die B 5 wieter bis Abfahrt Hemme und schon liegt unser Ort nur noch 5 km entfernt . Durch Strübbel führt nur eine Strasse , die Dorfstrasse .

Small happiness - secluded location, sauna

Lovingly and thoughtfully, we have created a fantastic apartment on 70 square meters for 2 (up to 4) people on 2 levels - the sleeping area is located in the light-flooded upper floor. Please note that the only door is the bathroom door - the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the colors are from the chalk period, the paints are water-based.
