We offer for rent a fully equipped recreational building, which is located in a semi-secluded area near the small village of Zahrádka in South Bohemia near the Orlík water reservoir. The entire 3,000 m2 building is enclosed, covered, fenced and is always rented only to one guest at a time. The cottage offers accommodation for 6 people + extra bed. You can sit under a large roofed pergola or by the fireplace. The Jickovický stream flows through the garden and there is a possibility of swimming in your own swimming "biotope" with a diameter of 13 m.

The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Pirát is a house on wheels in a quiet meadow by the forest in southern Bohemia, opposite the Malá Kuš pond. Inside, you'll find sleeping accommodations upstairs, the option of an extra bed downstairs, a wood-fired stove, a kitchenette, and a shower. Outside, there is an awning, seating, deck chairs, and a portable grill. There are also two adult bikes and one children's bike available.
