This unique guest apartment with tiny-house character was an active art studio before it became a fully-equipped, self-sustained apartment. It sleeps 2 (+ 2) in a single split-level room. One bed is reached via ladder, the second a sofa bed. The apartment is still active gallery, with 3 terrace doors leading to a terrace with space to eat and relax. The next bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, the airport 10 minutes by car, there are 2 forests in walking distance and a shopping center too.

The vacation home is located in the HH-Horn district near the Horner gallop racecourse in a large garden; 1 bedroom and 1 living/bedroom with kitchen pantry, 1 shower/toilet. Right next to the property, the 261 bus runs to the U-Bahn [subway] and then approx. 15 minutes to the harbor or the Alster. A small shopping center with a Netto and Meydan market is a 3-minute walk away. An Ari bakery, 6 minutes away, is also open on Sundays. Aldi and Lidl are within walking distance in 8 minutes.

The house is functionally and modernly furnished. A large sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping space. Large built-in closets in the bedroom offer plenty of storage space. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an XL fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a cooking/baking combination as well as everything you need for cooking and baking. Coffee maker, kettle and microwave are also available. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

The detached guest house is quietly in a cul-de-sac location – ideal for couples with pet(s) or smaller families with child(s) and dog(s). With modern kitchen, spacious living area, balcony and parking right outside the front door, it is the perfect retreat. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two freshly made beds in the same room – so the property is not designed for groups or four adults. A third bed can be provided if needed.

Separate small cottage

Cozy little cottage on our property in a residential area with children (1,7,9J) on the neighboring property (Ernst-Braune-Straße) for 1 to 2 people (only by prior request maybe 3 people. This pretty spot is located between Lübeck and Kiel - right in the middle of beautiful Holstein Switzerland - and is also just a stone's throw from the Baltic Sea. The former kitchen house has become a cozy cottage - and we want to invite you to be our guests.

The house is a two-storey garden house in the Wandsbek district. It stands in a quiet, wonderfully cared for, flower-rich garden and has been lovingly and detailed core renovated. The property is located on a quiet side street with ample parking. The city center is easily accessible by public transport (bus + train).

MY FAVORITE ROOM is an apartment with a private shower room. Wonderfully located in a large garden, directly adjacent to our house, ground floor apartment with terrace and beach chair. Comfortably furnished, cozy room with Wi-Fi, TV and comfortable box spring bed. Kitchenette with "delicious" Nespresso.

The property is located in a small rear house with a separate entrance. It consists of a room with a double bed (1.80 × 2.0 m) and dining table, pantry kitchen and shower room. A small terrace invites you to linger in the garden. Bicycles can be safely parked in the backyard.
