Fantastic house at beautiful Dyrön.

Our house is situated high and with a sea view. On the top floor there are four bedrooms with a double bed in three of them. The fourth has a single bed with an extra bed. There is a big room with a large sofa for hanging out with the family or friends or just enjoying the fantastic view. On the first floor there is a large kitchen with a dining area and a sofa for relaxing or socialising. On this floor there is a large bathroom. In the basement there is another bathroom. Garden is beautiful.

Private house 70m from the sea on car-free Dyrön!

Our house is located 70 meters from the sea. You just wrap yourself in a towel and trudge down to the child-friendly beach or to the lovely cliffs with trampoline. A 5-minute walk away is the sauna where you can enjoy the sea from the sauna window. The island is car-free, with a calm that is unbeatable. Yet there are amenities like ICA store, restaurants, mini golf course and kiosk. Around the island there is a lovely hiking trail and if you are lucky, you encounter mufflone sheep on the way.

Our newly built guest house is just 20 metres from Kårevik harbour and a bathing area. The view of Åstol, Marstrand with Carlsten Fortress, Dyrön and the horizon is outstanding and breathtaking. Less than a minute away, you have access to your morning dip. We built our house on a cliff near the water. This is the ultimate place for all couples who want to relax and enjoy the sun, wind and water, but due to the steep cliffs it is not suitable for children.

The apartment is located at Rönnängs pier in a quiet area. Rönnäng is located on the island of Tjörn which has a beautiful nature and many opportunities for activities such as several walking trails, bike paths, golf, fishing, swimming and kayaking. Skärhamn with the Nordic Watercolour Museum is about 8 km away. Stenungsund with good shopping is about 25 km and to Gothenburg with, among others, Liseberg, it is about 65 km.

I rent out the upstairs in my house in Bleket out on Tjörn. The apartment has its own entrance, two bedrooms, toilet with shower, kitchenette and balcony. Access to the washer and dryer is available. The house is about 200-300 meters from Bleket swimming area, kayak rental and a sourdough bakery. Walking distance to the island of Klädesholmen where you will find restaurants and the nearest grocery store.
