This secluded cabin in the woods is near Peterborough Ontario, about two hours from Toronto. Getaways offer a peaceful escape into nature. One queen and one twin bed up in the loft. The kitchen has a 2 burner counter top stove, fridge, toaster oven and kettle. Air Conditioning and WiFi. Charcoal BBQ. Christine's Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.

Located close to boat launches at McCracken's Landing or Gilchrist Bay, Stoney Lake offers access to the Trent Canal System . A pedal boat, 2 kayaks and a canoe are available (guests should supply their own life jackets as they are required in all watercraft)
