Enjoy this 750 sq ft peaceful mountain getaway! It is about 3 miles from Blue Ridge Parkway which is known for its scenery and mountain overlooks. It’s about 6 miles from Stone Mountain Park with lots of outdoor activities like hiking, swimming holes and waterfall watching. If that’s not your thing head over to Elkin, NC and do some wine tours/tasting. If peace and quiet is what you are looking for, no need to leave the cabin. There are on-site games and VHS movies. Year round hot tub!

Take it easy at our relaxing cabin while taking a step back in time. Located in State Road, NC, our cabin is made of 100-year-old logs by the one and only "Log Whisperer". The "Midnight Moon" is named after the black Quarter Horse "Moon" who joined his Mom in heaven in Dec. 2024. Spirit, our other black QH, remains at the cabin with his cow friends and new goat herd, who often graze the pastures surrounding our cabin.
