Approximately 300m away there is a shop, hut, Finnish sauna, playground. Surrounding hills and trips to Ropička, Kotař, Prašivá, Ondráš.

A small family cottage a few metres above the Žermanická dam, on private land, offers peace and quiet, plenty of activities, and a beautiful setting. The cottage is heated by a wood stove. It has a smaller boiler that heats water non-stop, so it needs to be managed carefully. We apologize to guests for the difficult water access conditions associated with the construction of the bike path. We had no idea about its construction. In the future, however, it will be great to use for skating, walking, and biking

In Lipowska Chata, there is an absolute ban on organizing any events and a mandatory night silence.
