We will be happy to show you the farm, which has been restored according to old methods. It is close to the golf course and the picturesque town of Arvika with art museums and cafés.

A well-equipped house in a rural setting, about 100 meters from the lake with fantastic views. Sunny location with evening sun on the large balcony that has a glazed outdoor room with openable sliding sections. Here you live between two lakes, Lelång (which is part of Dalsland's canal lake system) and Ärtingen. Walking distance to swimming area. Rowing boat included in the rent (May 1 - October 15). In the house there are 6 beds, 3 bedrooms, living room with fireplace. 2 toilets, one with bathtub, laundry room with shower/sauna, washing machine/dryer.

For the largest nature experience you can use the boat that is included. From my charming cottage, it is a short walk to the lake for swimming and fishing and a short drive to other family-friendly activities as well as cultural and historic sites. It is surrounded by nature, forests, farmland and lakes. Regular sightings of wildlife including mouse, deer, beaver, foxes, cranes and endangered water birds. The open farmland on three side means it is light and sunny with views to the lake. A new kitchen is installed in Feb 2024 with all new utilities and dishwasher.

Bo i ett mysigt tentipitält omgivet av skog och sjön Fryken. Inuti finns dubbelsäng och soffa. Utanför tältet finns en vedugn där du kan laga mat under bar himmel samt en enkel matplats. Du har även egen tillgång till en timmerstuga som ligger alldeles intill med kokplattor, kylskåp och matplats & kaffe. Ett utedass ligger en kort promenad in i skogen. Parkering ligger cirka 150 m från platsen med en backe ner. Endast 15 min från Sunne centrum ligger detta smultronställe.

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.

This is a place to just be, enjoy the silence and the bustling bird life and the fresh air. Here there are great opportunities to see the forest's animals and birds. Primus camping kitchen. Spacious outhouse with washing water drum. Solar lighting, mobile coverage, no wifi. Cleaning is included.

The main house has an open floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area for 8 people. Large bathroom with washing machine and dryer.
