Good hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity, in addition to Volhaugen and Båbufjellet. Possible to use the barbecue hut in the woods by the farm. Golf opportunities in Steinkjer and Verdal.

Spacious and rustic house by the farm. The house is located in quiet and rural surroundings close to Kystriksveien/Fv17 (300m) and E6 (1.5 km). Here you can hear cowbells and observe the work on the fields. We have dairy cows (about 30) and are engaged in egg production (15,000 hens). From the kitchen and living room windows you may be lucky to see moose grazing on the land. The house is well suited for long-term stays.

We can offer 4 bedrooms and possibly a parking space for a motorhome/caravan for a small surcharge. We offer up to 7 beds, but please note that the bed in bedroom 2 is 120 cm wide. Our cozy log cabin with large terrace has a great view of Åsenfjorden. It is located in a nice area for fishing and outdoor activities. The cabin is fully equipped with shower and water toilet. You can drive all the way up to the cabin.

Jonsvatnburet is a traditional barn, restored to a good standard with electricity, water, kitchen and bathroom. The cabin is rural located on the farm Jervan at Jonsvatnet, 20 min drive from Trondheim city center.
