Die Wohnung wurde 2023 neu renoviert/saniert. Früher war das Denkmalgeschütze Gebäude ein Pferdestall. Dadurch hat das Gebäude einen ganz besonderen Charme. Unser alter Bauernhof ist sehr ruhig. Man hat die Möglichkeit direkt am See spazieren zu gehen oder im Wald ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen. Ein Spielplatz für die Kinder ist auch da. Unsere Lage ist ideal gelegen. Unweit der Ostsee kannst du hier deinen Urlaub in der knapp 60qm großen Unterkunft und dem dazugehörigen Garten genießen. Genieße die Ruhe in dem kleinen Örtchen mit Naturschutzgebiet oder entdecke in der Umgebung verschiedene Strände, Seen, Schlösser, Restaurants und vieles mehr. The apartment has 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 hallway, 1 small bathroom with toilet, 1 large bathroom with wellness shower. There are 2 more private rooms in the apartment (heating system and pantry) that are closed. The owner lives in the same house above the apartment.

Vacation in the countryside! Small attic apartment on a farm. Husum and Friedrichstadt are about 10 minutes away by car. Here on Eiderstedt we are close to the North Sea. Parking is available right next to the entrance. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. In the bedroom there is a double bed + single bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. We are a family of four and run a small hobby farm with cattle, sheep and chickens (no petting zoo).

The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, about 15 minutes walk to the Heide center/market square and is very convenient as a starting point for walks in the moor, forest and for bike tours. Bikes can be stored and the car can be parked right outside the front door.
