Ich vermiete tageweise meine 67qm Wohnung in HH Eimsbüttel in der ich normalerweise wohne. Es gibt einen Wohn-Essbereich mit Einbauküche, einen 8qm großen Süd-Balkon mit Grillmöglichkeit. In der Nähe (ca. 8 Min. zu Fuß) gibt es sowohl eine U-Bahn als auch einen Bus (4 Min. zu Fuß) in die City. Autobahn Anbindung A7 ca. 6 Autominuten entfernt Auffahrt Stellingen. Holiday in the countryside! Small attic apartment on a farm. Husum and Friedrichstadt are about 10 minutes away by car. Here on Eiderstedt, we are close to the North Sea. Parking is possible directly next to the entrance. The apartment offers space for up to 3 people. In the bedroom, there is a double bed + single bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. We are a family of four and run a small hobby farm with cattle, sheep and chickens (no petting zoo).

In the district town of Heide, 20 km from the North Sea, we offer part of our house as a complete, completely separate residential unit of approx. 120 m2 for max. 4 people. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, about 15 minutes walk to the Heide center/market square and is very convenient as a starting point for walks in the moor, forest and for bike tours. Bikes can be stored and the car can be parked right outside the front door.

Sunny apartment with two rooms

The bright, sunny attic apartment with two rooms has a nice atmosphere. Through the separate entrance from the staircase you enter the anteroom, from which room 1 and room 2 and the bathroom open. Room 1 has two windows (south and west) and a beautiful view of the countryside. Room 2 has two beautiful wooden beds. The floorboards, which are only partially covered with carpet, create a warm and quiet feeling of space.

The apartment is located in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good connections to the A1 and A24 highways. The U-Bahn station "Steinfurther Allee" is also within walking distance (10-12 min. walk, please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 min. with the "U2" to Hamburg main station. Private, lockable parking is available.

The perfect base for those seeking relaxation or families. Large garden with chickens, sheep and an apiary. Peace and quiet in the countryside and yet very close to Hamburg.
