Fully remodeled and designed to feel fresh, modern, and light, you'll love the effortlessly cool vibe throughout the home. The large master bedroom is a suite unto itself, taking up a quarter of the house. A private bathroom joins it with a spacious multi-head rainfall shower, a luxurious claw foot tub, and large double sink vanity, and mounted TV to enjoy while soaking the day away.

Corporate or individual company housing, weekly, monthly rental rates. Cabins have wifi/cable TV, kitchens, dining table, and are cleaned on request. All have 2 refrigerators, stove, micro, dishes, linens, towels and utensils. Pots/pans only on request or bring your own. Parking for 2 trucks, and all have 2 full size beds and are VERY comfortable! The clubhouse has coin laundry, fitness and pool tables along with a conference area. There are vending machines as well. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Self care is spa-like in the extra large, clean bathroom. Sleep comes easy in the cozy king size bed. If you need extra bed space, the couch makes an additional full size bed. We can’t wait for you to experience this sweet little home away from home.

The Tall City Cottage

Cute and comfortable studio cottage! We have the perfect spot in the Tall City for quick vacations, family getaways, or long-term corporate travel. Great location right off the loop and just a short drive from downtown. High speed WiFi, workspace, stocked kitchenette, reverse osmosis drinking water, mini-split AC & heating, and a shared patio and backyard space.

Laney's Guest House is north of Midland Memorial Hospital, and easy access to Grande Stadium, Midland Horseshoe Arena, and all major highways. Comfy queen beds await you in this two bedroom one bath home. The back porch is ready to host you during your morning coffee (provided) or your evening wine, (string lights included).

This unit is a private efficiency. It is self check in. There is 1 queen size bed. It is located at the back of our house. Parking pad off of the street in a well lit area 1 block from Midland Memorial Hospital. Close to Andrews Highway which has many food options. Use of washer and dryer can be arranged.
