Situated in a quiet rural location at the edge of the Lake District National Park, 25 minute drive from Coniston Water & Lake Windermere, 3 miles from Ulverston and 6 miles from Barrow in Furness. Only a gentle 5 minute walk to the nearest pub and main bus routes on the A590. Our newly converted outbuilding has been thoughtfully renovated into guest accommodation. You'll always remember your time at this unique place to stay.

Nestled in Cartmel, this cosy cottage is perfect for a peaceful getaway. It offers one double bedroom, a shower room, a separate living/ dining room with a log burner, a well-equipped kitchen along side a washing machine. The cottage is an old granary and therefore the staircase is slightly steeper than standard and open plan . Enjoy country walks and beautiful views, with Cartmel Racecourse just a short stroll away. Close to charming pubs, artisan shops, and the famous sticky toffee pudding.

The Black Dog cottage is a charming 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property located in a quiet rural setting two doors down from the Black Dog Inn, outside the town of Dalton in Furness in the Cumbrian countryside. In 2021 the cottage was renovated creating open plan living on the ground floor, a double and single bedroom on the first with family bathroom and a master suite on the second, complete with ensuite. Off road parking is available at the front of the cottage and wifi available throughout.
