The apartment is divided into 2 accommodations each closing with their key The entrance to the apartment is common to both accommodations. Guest accommodation with a view of the Eiffel Tower is not shared, it's like a studio with a balcony. There is a bedroom area with a queen-size bed, 1 wardrobe, floor lamps, equipped kitchen, and small shower area. The toilet is opposite the bedroom. On the balcony: 1 table and 2 chairs, a space is reserved for gardening.

In my 105 m2 apartment, which you can fully enjoy, you will have a very large 25 m2 bedroom with its own bathroom (walk-in shower AND island bathtub), separate toilet as well as a dressing room and an office area. A Nespresso machine is also waiting for you! A beautiful terrace is accessible when the weather is nice!
