Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 3 night minimum. Cottage is located at 32 Lake Avenue, Brownville, Maine 04414. Turn right at A.E. Roberson's convenience store in Brownville, Maine onto Church Street. Follow Church Street for 4.7 miles and turn right onto Schoodic Lake Road. Follow Schoodic Lake Road for Approx. 4 miles. Bear right after crossing the railroad tracks and 32 Lake Ave. will be on your left at our mail box.

When not enjoying the great outdoors, relax by the firepit, play a game a pool, darts or foosball. Hiking, biking, ATV, snowmobiling, rafting, fishing close by. Restaurants, groceries, brewery only 5 minutes away. Shin Pond Village is 30 minutes away. Plenty of parking for several cars, trailers and toys!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Take a hike down one of the trails out back, or swim in the cool clear water of the spring fed pond off the back porch. Cozy up during a storm by the fire with a good book, or wet a line on a clear morning off the back steps and catch supper! It’s all in one comfy cabin property to get away from it all. Only a few miles to Dover-Foxcroft, or Sebec Lake. Far enough away to get away, but close enough to the amenities and sights.

Timoney Lake Cottage

The cottage was built in 2017 with full Amish construction. It is located on Timoney Lake in Oakfield, ME, in the heart of Amish country. The cottage comes with a 16 foot dock with a canoe and two kayaks. Swimming is available, but silty bottom directly in front of cottage. We recommend swimming off a boat in deeper water. This cottage provides great fishing, hunting, four wheeling, and hiking. Enjoy the outdoors with all of the amenities of home! We are 100% pet friendly!

So if that's your reason to come to the area, you can pull right in from the trail!
