Perfect for 1 or 2 couples, Blue Kai has plenty of space indoors and out. Enjoy the comfortable sitting areas by the pool or on the partially covered front porch, sipping cocktails and watching the boats in Coral Harbor. Both bedrooms have outdoor, native stone showers and AC. The kitchen is well equipped with a large prep area. You will find everything you need for dinner in. Blue Kai is located in the quiet Seagrape Hill neighborhood with paved roads and a paved driveway (as of Oct 2024)

SKIPPER COTTAGE unit number 1

Skipper is a stand alone cottage: a large 450 sq ft efficiency with 50 sq ft deck. Queen bed, mattress is a Marriott Silver Beauty Rest & full futon along with full kitchen & shower bathroom. The property is all fenced for Skipper, my Portuguese Water Dog. Skipper was the captain of our boat Skedaddle. The yard is very lush & green, seems like a mini rain forest in town. Our place is 'old' Caribbean, wooden cottages, no concrete. Skipper & Skedaddle are two identical cottages next to each other.

The kitchenette, dining, sitting area and bath are on covered porches. Orchid House is surrounded by native trees, orchids and tropical vegetation for complete privacy.

Also enjoy some of the best hiking nearby including Rams Head, Tektite, Yawzi Point, and Reef Bay trails. Bus Stop an easy walk and just a short drive into downtown Coral Bay. Explore the many trails and beaches by day and end the evening with a drink on the deck looking out over the peaceful valley. Comfortable yet economical.

Lameshur Cottage's Guest House

This secluded Caribbean cottage is tucked into the hillside on the quieter south side of St. John and offers panoramic mountain views of the surrounding National Park. It is within easy walking distance to many of St. John's best beaches and hiking trails. The interior of the cottage offers comfortable accommodations with a queen-size bed that sleeps two and a fully equipped kitchen and bath. The large covered porch provides spacious outdoor living and dining areas with a grill and daybed.
