Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Our quiet apartment (32 m²), overlooking the Tennen Mountains, offers direct access to the ski area and our cross-country trails. In summer, you can reach the paraglider landing site and numerous walking and hiking trails in just 2 minutes walking time. The town center and a swimming lake are only 1.5 km away. Restaurants and inns are also very close. Enjoy the magnificent mountain scenery at the foot of the Tennen Mountains. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

The one-bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor in the former sauna house right at the entrance to the Lammer Valley. You can reach the Lammertal virgin forest in less than an hour and you can take many more hikes directly from the house. For cross-country skiers, a 10 km long cross-country trail awaits just 100 meters away. Even though our house is a little older, it is powered by 100% renewable energy. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. The city center is a 5-minute walk away. We are in the center of countless well-known ski resorts (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) but even in summer there is a lot to offer!
