We back up to The Virgin River behind the house and thousands of acres of BLM land with plenty of trails for mountain biking and hiking just out your door! So quiet and private away from the noise just listen to the river and enjoy the views while sipping coffee or cocktails on the patio. I live upstairs if needed.

There are 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. 2 king size beds, 2 queen size beds and an option for a twin hide-a- bed upon request. Our place also has an amazing patio with fantastic mountain views! Located in the middle of Springdale, only 1 mile from the entrance to Zion! So many great things within walking distance! Shuttle stop, restaurants, coffee, shopping etc.!
