Plus, Sundance Ski Resort is only 21 miles away, making this the perfect base for adventure and relaxation. Come stay in our cozy 2 bedroom basement apartment with three beds and a chaise couch for an extra sleeper. A crib, toddler mattress, high chair, and stroller are available in the unit. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. There is a space for kids to play. The yard is large and is fenced on three sides. The house is near foothills with places to walk, hike, and recreate. There are tenants upstairs and you will hear them moving around.
