Πρόκειται για ένα ιδιωτικό διαμέρισμα 50 τ.μ. μέρος του 'Rania Residence' το οποίο αριθμεί συνολικά 46 χρόνια λειτουργίας στον τομέα ενοικίασης καταλυμάτων. Ανακαινίστηκε τον τελευταίο χρόνο με μεράκι και αγάπη! Απέχει μόλις 4 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι του νησιού και 4 χιλ. από την πιο κοντινή παραλία. Ιδανικό για οικογένεια 4 ατόμων αλλά και για νέα ζευγάρια, καθώς προσφέρει ρομαντική ατμόσφαιρα και άνεση!
