The Suite is located on the lower level of our Tuscan Home with a private deck and hot tub for guest use only. A private gated community provides extra security. Your private entrance with stairs that lead to the guest suite with a beautiful view of the peaceful pines and wandering wildlife. Wi-Fi and coffee/tea and snacks available. Relax in or out. Close to North Spokane: 10 minutes from Whitworth and Green Bluff, 6 minutes from Starbucks, 5 minutes from Costco & 3 from fast food.

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.
