Getting to the apartment couldn't be easier. One block from Fortitude Valley Station or just 20min from the Airport. Surrounded by supermarkets, bottle shops, countless shops in the Queen street mall, museums, galleries, pharmacies, and plenty of restaurants and cafes just metres away, you can walk to the best that Brisbane has to offer.

Don't forget to take advantage of the free bus (City Loop) a short walk from the apartment and the free ferry (City Hopper) from Eagle Pier in the Riverside.

Where to go?
The Valley is a hive of activity. Live music thrives and international DJs are drawn to the clubs and chic bars. By day, excellent restaurants vie for attention amongst organic beauty outlets and cool cafes. By night, a rock scene comes alive and the streets swell with the youth and the youthful of the local music scene. Staples of the Valley include Fatboys/Riks cafe, Cloudland and the Empire Hotel.

The impressive Chinatown Mall is a hub of exotic Chinese supermarkets and restaurants. The Emporium complex channels a European village feel, James St showcases Australian fashion labels, and Brunswick St is home to multicultural dining options.

Outside of The Valley you can visit:

✔︎ The Queen Street Mall, the most important shopping precinct and heart of Brisbane is only a few blocks away.

SAME-DAY BOOKINGS

In order to make arrangements for housekeeping and check-in requirements, we require a booking lead time of at least one day. Hence, we cannot assure a 3pm check-in time for last-minute bookings, particularly when there is a departing guest. Guests who have made advance reservations and need to be checked-in are given priority over last-minute bookings.

It's highly recommended to plan for a 3pm check-in time. Once your place is prepared, we will inform you accordingly. In case you require earlier access, you may consider booking the night before, subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate such requests, please note that unlike hotels, we do not have alternate rooms to offer. Hence, if a guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, the housekeeping team requires sufficient time to prepare the place, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS

Depending on our bookings and housekeeping schedules, it might be possible to arrange a later check-out time. Kindly get in touch with us after 8 pm on the day prior to your departure to verify if this can be arranged. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if you need to check out after 12 pm, an extra night's fee will be levied and must be paid via the Airbnb Resolution Centre. This payment should be made the night before check-out; otherwise, housekeeping will be scheduled for the regular check-out time of 10 am.

STARTER SUPPLIES

In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable These complimentary supplies comprise shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival. If you would like to request mid-stay services at any time during your booking, please inform us.

PORTACOT AND HIGH CHAIR

These are both available upon request. For safety & hygiene reasons, we don't provide linens & mattress for the portacot. This is due to the sensitive nature of precious baby skin and the detergents often used by large commercial laundries to clean these. It is much better for you to use fabrics, linens and to have your own mattress that are familiar to your baby's skin to avoid any sensitivities or allergic reactions. However, these cots do come with padded mat for the base.

There are several sets of stairs prior to entering the apartment. Please keep this in mind if you might have trouble carrying your luggage in and out.

If you smoke, please do so on the balcony and close the door behind you to stop the smell coming in.

Pets are not allowed - sorry, we love pets but some guest may have allergies.
