Urania Villa Rhea is an exquisite 2-bedroom villa offering a refined blend of comfort and luxury. The villa features a stunning saltwater Jacuzzi/pool, perfect for relaxation, set amidst outdoor spaces that provide breathtaking views of neighbor islands and Ionian sea. Both bedrooms are designed for ultimate comfort. One boasts a Hamam-inspired bathroom, while the other includes a Jacuzzi bathtub. Each room is equipped with premium twin beds that seamlessly convert into a spacious double bed.

Pelagoo Residence

Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

The villa has its own access road with gate. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room table for 8 people, a living room with fireplace and a guest toilet. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Via a staircase upstairs you reach the other 2 bedrooms; each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Each bedroom has its own terrace with a seating area. Halfway through the week, the villa is cleaned and the bed linen is changed.

The house is located in Spartochori, Meganisi,Lefkas. This is a quiet family house located at the entrance of the village. It is newly renovated, decorated with paintings, flowers and seashells. It has stone walls that offer unique insulation from the heat and a fireplace to keep warm, a large terrace, private parking, a beautiful view of the sea and a large garden with lots of flowers. The village shops are a five minute walk from the house and the nearest beach is a 2 minute drive.

Live the authentic Greek experience at the Teacher’s House “Red Suite”, at the heart of Spartochori village, Meganisi! The Red suite is located on the ground floor, featuring one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a sitting room with two sofas which may sleep two kids and one bathroom with shower. Outdoors, it occupies a large yard space and seating for dining. There are facilities of a shared small, shared pool with jacuzzi jets. A parking space 200m away is offered for free.

Seafront luxury villa, p-pool, walk to beach

Villa Argiri is a charming 3-bedroom seafront villa with a private pool, offering stunning sea views and complete privacy. Just 200m from Spilia Beach, it enjoys a prime Meganisi location close to tavernas, the port, and local amenities. Sleeping up to 6 over two levels, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, bright living area, three comfortable bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Outdoors, guests can relax by the pool with sunbeds, umbrellas, BBQ, and sea-view dining.

Our house (5🗝) is located within walking distance of the sea, which offers the feeling of isolation, while at the same time it has very easy access. Even if you decide to spend your vacation quietly without much travel, you can come without any means of transportation, as the port is just a 2-minute walk, 5 minutes from the nearest restaurant and 10 minutes from the nearest beach. The village located there, Spartochori, is just a 15-minute walk.

Every summer at the patio used to gather, grandchildren, friends and fellow villagers and the house was full of life. Many years have gone by, a lot has changed, but the house keeps its traditional style and its liveliness. It will welcome you and give you the opportunity to create memories that will remain unforgettable!
