Urania Villa Rhea is an exquisite 2-bedroom villa offering a refined blend of comfort and luxury. Ionian gems is built upon a hill, on a plot of land of 4 acres in total. The building itself measures 120 square meters, ensuring maximum comfort and sleeping up to 6 guests. Your first steps will bring you to the villa’s entrance; walking through it, you will discover the living room – which is perfectly combined with the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area. The Villa offers three bedrooms . The fantastic veranda offers many possibilities of recreation and of course the swimming pool.

Pelagoo Residence

Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

The villa has its own access road with gate. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room table for 8 people, a living room with fireplace and a guest toilet. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Via a staircase upstairs you reach the other 2 bedrooms; each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Each bedroom has its own terrace with a seating area. Halfway through the week, the villa is cleaned and the bed linen is changed.

The house is located in Spartochori, Meganisi,Lefkas. This is a quiet family house located at the entrance of the village. It is newly renovated, decorated with paintings, flowers and seashells. It has stone walls that offer unique insulation from the heat and a fireplace to keep warm, a large terrace, private parking, a beautiful view of the sea and a large garden with lots of flowers. The village shops are a five minute walk from the house and the nearest beach is a 2 minute drive.

The Red suite is located on the ground floor, featuring one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a sitting room with two sofas which may sleep two kids and one bathroom with shower. Outdoors, it occupies a large yard space and seating for dining. There are facilities of a shared small, shared pool with jacuzzi jets. A parking space 200m away is offered for free.
