Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Cozy cottage overlooking Öresjö in a quiet residential area close to nature. Sleeping loft with two beds and sofa bed for two persons. Fireplace for cozy fires is available, and firewood is included. The kitchen has an induction stove, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Fully tiled bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine. The cottage is about 30 sqm and is located about 1 km away from the public swimming area, a couple of minutes walk from the lake and with a 20-minute walk to the nature reserve Kröklings hage and Mölarps kvarn.

For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Solsidan

Newly renovated 70 m² lakeside cottage with stunning views of Lake Öresjö and its own jetty for swimming and relaxing. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful life close to nature, yet still within easy reach of Borås and various activities. The cottage has a large patio overlooking the lake and is fully equipped with a kitchen, a modern bathroom, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Fast Wi-Fi and a large TV are available for cosy evenings. Towels and bed linen are provided, so you can travel light and simply enjoy your stay by the water.

Nice lake house by Öresjö

Unwind in this unique lakeside cottage with a fantastic location by Öresjön. Quiet location with a beautiful sunset. Fishing 🎣 Sofa bed for 2 on the ground floor and loft with room for 2-3 beds/mattresses. Small bathroom/toilet. Outdoor sink (dishes are therefore washed outdoors). However, the cottage has a smaller fridge, a simple hot plate (double burners) and a microwave. 2 grills outdoors (charcoal not included). Access to a boat/canoe Sheets/towels are not included but can be arranged some weeks for SEK 150 per set.

Charming brewery

Quiet and secluded location on Haragården in Alboga, you live on the farm with animals around. We who live on the property have dogs and a cat. The brewhouse is extended with modern standards with the old feeling preserved. Downstairs: Fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa and armchairs and smart TV, toilet and shower. Upstairs: Loft bedroom with double bed. Wifi is available. You can swim in the pond, and next to it there's a wood-fired sauna, outdoor furniture and a barbecue.

Sjöstugan

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Fantastic modern cabin just by the lake!

Welcome to our modern, smoke-free 30 sqm house, located at the top of a hill by a fantastic lake. Here you can sit back and enjoy stunning views of Örsjön. "Lillhuset" has 2 beds (1 bedroom and 1 loft). We make the beds nicely for you and towels are available. House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option.
