Kaunis ja toimiva pikkuyksiö luhtitalossa, rauhallisella alueella, luonnon helmassa, Näsijärven rannalla. Asunnossa on tukeva ja turvallinen makuuparvi mutta ei sovellu liikuntarajoitteiselle henkilölle. Tilaa jää isolle sohvastolle jossa rentoutua .Varsinainen tilaihme! Kylpyhuoneessa on myös pyykinpesukone Katetulla terassilla on grillausmahdollisuus. Tampereelle n. 30 km. Kohteeseen pääsee bussilla. Mutta oma auto on tarpeellinen. Cozy condo with sea&sunset view. Grat location.

Remontoitu asunto mahtavalla esteettömällä merinäköalalla, vain 200m rantaravintoloista, puistoista sekä rannasta. 300m päässä takapihalta on keskustan kävelykatu ostosmahdollisuuksilla, ja vain 500m päässä lumoava vanha kaupunki. Asunnossa iso lasitettu parveke, josta avautuu upea auringonlaskunäkymä meren sekä vierasvenesataman yli. Asunnossa 1x140cm parisänky sekä vuodesohva 140cm. Lakanat/Pyyhket löytyy ilmaiseksi, mutta majoittujan on pestävä nämä itse käytön jälkeen ennen lähtöä.

Minä ja puolisoni toivotamme tervetulleeksi viihtymään Turkuun! Vain 5 minuuttia linja-autoasemalta sekä useita pysäköintimahdollisuuksia. Tori, Tuomiokirkko ja jokiranta ihan vieressä kaikkine ravintoloineen ja kahviloineen. My partner and I welcome you to a lovely stay in Turku! Only a 5 minute walk from the bus station and a 15 minute walk from the railway station. The market square, cathedral and riverside are right around the corner offering wonderful cafés and restaurants.

Hyvällä maulla sisustettu valoisa uusi kaksio aivan kauppakeskus Puuvillan vieressä. Asunnon sijainti on hyvin keskeinen mutta kuitenkin ilman liikenteen melua. Keskustaan n.1km, Kirjurinluotoon 900m. Huoneistossa on kaikki tarvittavat kodinkoneet sekä kuivaava pyykinpesukone. Parivuode ja kahden hengen vuodesohva. Tarvittaessa käyttöön saa lisäksi varavuoteen yhdelle. Huoneistossa 55 tuumainen TV, radio ja Wifi/valokuitu. Viihtyisä patio pihakalusteineen ja autopaikka pihassa.

Charming top floor 58 m2 apt in the heart of Turku

This 1950s historic house has tall rooms and a lot of light. The top floor apartment windows are above other houses in view so while in city center you also get good privacy. The idyllic Aura riverside starts 300m from apt right next to Turku Cathedral. The whole apartment has just been renovated with modernized kitchen and bathroom and true to period renovation in other areas. Bus station: 350 m Train station: 1,4 km City center (Market Square): 450 m Turku Cathedral: 500 m

Asunto sijaitsee aivan ydinkeskustassa, mutta kaupungin äänet eivät kuulu asuntoon. Torille on vain kortteli. Rautatieasemalle ja linja-autoautoasemalle matkaan noin 1 km. Vieressä sijaitsevat hyvät ostosmahdollisuudet, esim. Ostoskeskus Hansa on tien toisella puolella. Lähellä sijaitsee myös useita ravintoloita ja ruokakauppoja. Asunto on valoisa yksiö ylimmässä kerroksessa. Makuualkovissa on 140cm leveä sänky ja sohvasta saa myös 140 cm leveän vuoteen tarpeen tullen.

We promise you will feel right at home in our two-bedroom apartment, located between the city centre and the lake. We call the apartment "Top of the Lake" due to its views of lake Näsijärvi from the 13th floor. The apartment has two balconies, offering amazing lake and city views. Our two bedrooms offer high-quality mattresses and linen, as well as black-out curtains, and can sleep up to 5 people. We offer one free parking spot for guests.

Clean and comfortable flat in the city center. All main activities and services are in a close vicinity. We don't store our personal items in this apartment. Siisti ja viihtyisä kaksio aivan kaupungin ytimessä. Mm. Laukontori, kauppahalli ja Ratinan stadion ovat asunnon välittömässä läheisyydessä. Samoin lukuisat ravintolat, kahvilat, kaupat ja muut kaupungin palvelut. Emme säilytä asunnossa henkilökohtaisia tavaroitamme.

A modern 32 m2 well equipped condo within a short walking distance from Turku bus and train stations and central market place, right next to Logomo. A parking place in the bottom floor parking hall is included in the rent. Keys can be picked up from R-kioski convenience store in Turku bus station (750m from the apartment) on the day of arrival since 4 PM until the closing time of R-kioski (9 PM).
