Private beach cottage - 1 hour from Helsinki

You will definitely enjoy your stay in Kesäranna, Vihti! Less than an hour from Helsinki, the road to the destination. In winter for 2 people, in summer for 4. The main cottage (58 m2) is in use all year round. Guest house (12 m2) in summer use with sofa bed. The main cottage is on the beach, with its own dock for swimming in Hiidenvesi. Varikka beach is near the cottage. Cottage equipment: a flushing toilet and a washing machine in the bathroom. The sauna has a fast wood stove, and the cottage has running hot water. The kitchen has, for example, an oven, induction stove and dishwasher. Air heat pump with cooling.

Villa Betty is a charming small log cabin built in the 19th century, located on its own yard in Parainen along the Archipelago Ring Road. The cabin was renovated in 2021. The idyllic cottage is located on the slope, in its own peace, surrounded by beautiful landscapes. You should arrive at the cottage via road 1030, NOT via Rakuunatorpantie = wrong route + big uphill). Children under 16 years old FREE (2 children, accompanied by an adult). UNFORTUNATELY, PETS ARE NOT WELCOME IN THE COTTAGE. In the midst of the energy crisis, the electric car charge is priced separately at 15e/day. Alternatively, report the electricity meter readings before and after your stay.

Saunacottage on lake Parannesjärvi in Virrat, 300km north of Helsinki. 30m2 log-house, built in 2005 with 100m of own shoreline. Owners live on same 1,4ha property, 70m away. In the livingroom/kitchen of the cottage you find a double sofa-bed with extra matress for 2 persons. Separate toilet and wood-heated sauna with shower. 10m2 terrace with furniture and lake view. Fully equipped kitchen, gas-barbecue, rowing-boat, Wi-Fi. Very nice, quiet and cosy place for a couple to spend a holiday.

My place is an atmospheric old vintage cottage on top of a scenic ridge. You can hang out in your own yard with a patio and a barbecue canopy. Kitchen, living room, and indoor toilet. The outbuilding has a wood sauna with a shower room, there is no separate bathroom. The sauna chamber has 2 beds for 1 person. Running hot water and drains. Heating with air source heat pumps + a furnace in the winter. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and mini stove with oven. Pets are welcome.
