The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Built from recycled materials and accessible by a rowing boat, the raft sleeps 1-3 and has no electricity or running water. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Kun kaipaat upeita maisemia, ainutlaatuista kokemusta ja luonnon rauhaa. Kohteessa on olohuone, keittiönurkkaus, kylpyhuone, sauna ja suuri valaistu terassi. Panorama Villa sijaitsee Saimaan rannalla pitkän rantaviivan edustalla. Hiekkarannan ja Villan välissä on nurmikaistale, jossa voi pelata frisbee-golfia, petanqueta, ym. ulkoaktiviteettejä. Järvimaisema näkyy olohuoneesta, parvelta ja saunasta. Villan takaosassa on kesäkeittiösyvennys, jossa on Weber-kaasugrilli.Talvella on avanto.

Типичный финский коттедж (55,8 кв.м) был построен в 1972 году и полностью реконструирован в 2014 году, с сохранением аутентичной атмосферы. До ближайшего магазина или автозаправки 25 километров. Мы живём за лесом в 200 метрах от коттеджа круглый год. Расположение коттеджа уникально тем, что с одной стороны вы чувствуете полную свободу и уединение, с другой стороны мы всегда рядом и готовы помочь и пообщаться, если у вас будет желание. Наш участок и сад всегда открыты для наших гостей.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Lilla Hammar

Cozy traditionel Finnish log cabin next to a peaceful little lake. The cabin includes a loft bed and a pull out couch for one to four people, a small kitchen, a fireplace and campfire place on outside, composting dry toilet and a sauna. The hot tube is available with extra charge (50e). Smoking and pet free area. Children are wellcome.  Warmly wellcome to our guest!

Pieni saunallinen mökki rauhallisella paikalla kauniin hiekkapohjaisen järven rannalla. Ranta on pitkälle kahluumatalaa, joten soveltuu erityisesti lasten vesileikkeihin. Mökistä löytyy kaikki tarpeellinen leppoiseen oleiluun. Sähköistetty tupa varusteineen, sauna, perinteinen ulko-wc, vaja, kantovesi, nuotiopaikka, soutuvene.
