'A day like a gift' is an experience-type accommodation located in the forest at the top of Domaryeong (700m above sea level) in Minjujisan, Yeongdong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. We have remodeled a wooden house (Dalbat House, 2005) and a family-built earthen house (So Young Hall, 2006) for our elderly parents, so that only one team of guests can stay in the entire house. Recently, a tree house (Wol Forest House, 2024) was built on a 6-7 meter-high Japanese cedar tree in the Wol Forest, and this can also be experienced for free. The experience is divided into traditional cultural experiences and ecological experiences, which are offered in a variety of paid and free experiences. The mud house was built with wood, earth, and stone from the moon field, like the mountain village of our ancestors. You can experience lighting a fire in a traditional house, where you can feel the wisdom of a house that is cool and warm. The words 'A day like a gift' are engraved in the merchant room of the mud house. We will try to give everyone who comes here a simple gift called 'a day like a gift'.

Experience a healthy life in a tree house

This is the home of Geumja, who has prepared healthy food for the health of her body and mind throughout her life and has created a space where she can rest. In the morning, the sound of birds and sunlight shine, and if you open the door on both sides, you can feel the wind indoors. When you open the door and go out, you can see the tree and relax in the yard. Most importantly, if you come in a season when the garden is abundant, you can grow vegetables in the garden, and in a season when there are seasonal vegetables, we also serve lettuce and ssamjang that are picked fresh. It's not special, but when you need a rest.
