Villa Saimaan Joutsenlahti

Saimaan rannalla olevassa modernissa mökissa pääset viettämään lomaa hienoissa puitteissa. Mökin suurista ikkunoista on näkymä Saimaalle. Puulämmitteisessä saunassa on pehmeät löylyt ja iso maisemaikkuna. Saunan yhteydessä on iso terassialue oleskeluun ja ruuanlaittoon (grilli ja savustin). Hyvät mahdollisuudet kalastukseen, marjastukseen, pyöräilyyn, golfiin, hiihtämiseen jne. Ympärivuoden käytössä oleva ulkoporeallas, soutuvene, 2 SUP lautaa ja 2 kajakkia ovat vapaasti vuokralaisten käytössä.

A cozy traditionel Finnish log cabin next to a peaceful little lake. The cabin is placed beautiful calming area in the middle of forests. The cottage has sleeping accommodations for four (a sleeping loft and a sofa bed). There is a charming small kitchen, a fireplace inside and campfire place on outside, composting dry toilet and a sauna (no normal bathroom). The hot tube is available with extra charge (50e). Smoking and pet free area. Children are wellcome.  Warmly wellcome to our guest!

Ainutlaatuinen huvila järven rannalla

The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Uusi hirsimökki lammen rannassa. Mökissä on pieni makuutila, olohuone, keittiö sekä lasitettu veranta. Sauna ja suihku. Portaat suoraan saunasta lampeen. Pihapiirissä aitta missä voi myös majoittua. Mökin pinta-ala noin 30m2+ sauna +pesutilat n.8m2 + lasitettu oleskelutila saunan ja mökin välissä 6m2. Eli yhteensä 44m2. Olohuoneessa sohva josta saa vuoteen. Lisäksi pihapiirissä on kaksi sähköistettyä makuuaittaa 8m2 ja 6m2. Rauhallinen sijainti. Ainut mökki tällä lammella. Laita viestiä.

Järvimaisema näkyy olohuoneesta, parvelta ja saunasta. Villan takaosassa on kesäkeittiösyvennys, jossa on Weber-kaasugrilli.Talvella on avanto.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Tyylikäs 80m2 huvila Saimaan rannalla Joutsenossa. Oma hiekka- ja veneranta laiturilla. Huvilan kaikista ikkunoista avautuvat huikeat näköalat Suur Saimaalle. Moderni avokeittiö, tilava olohuone, 2 makuuhuonetta, pukuhuone, pesuhuone, sauna, wc, tilavat yläkerran makuutilat (2 sänkyä). Ilmainen WiFi. Mukavuutta tähän huvilaan tuovat lattialämmitys kaikissa huoneissa, ilmalämpöpumppu, astianpesukone, pyykinpesukone.

There is a lakeside cottage with a bathroom and sauna. The cottage has a loft (2 beds). There is also a separate cabin by the lake with convertible sofa for 2 persons. Walking distance from the village, a rowing boat (during summer period) and barbecue available. Sauna bath is included.
