Downstairs is another living-dining room with a kitchenette and a wood stove. Fully equipped and with WiFi. No heating. Fireplaces only. No TV.

El Castillete is a cozy 45 m² loft located at the top of La Garnatilla, offering spectacular views of the sea and surrounding nature. It features a double bed and a single bed in the loft area, making it ideal for couples or small families. The private terrace with outdoor furniture is perfect for enjoying the fresh air, while the bright interior combines simplicity and comfort in a unique space. It also includes a spacious sofa for relaxing, Wi-Fi, air conditioning (hot/cold), and a fireplace.

It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.

The apartment was new in 2009 (renovated 2019) and is situated 3 km from the beach in an authentic Spanish village. The area is great for people that want beach, nature and cultural experiences away from the tourist crowds. Enjoy a stress-free village close to the sea while visiting beautiful Granada or Málaga, hiking in Sierra Nevada or exploring the Almería coast.

It is a spacious one bedroom seafront apartment, located in the popular area of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar. The apartment has all the facilities with modern decoration. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

Trevélez, the highest village in Spain (1500m) is known worldwide for its Iberian hams. Located in the Sierra Nevada, the house at the top of the village (Barrio Alto) is on the way to the GR7, GR240 and Mont Mulhacen, the highest peak in mainland Spain 3478 m. Casa Heli is a spacious independent apartment with air conditioning in the centre of the small village of Polopos (known from the TV programme "The Spanish Village Polopos". Casa Heli is equipped with all comforts and has a wonderfully spacious roof terrace with private jacuzzi to enjoy the usually beautiful weather. Remote working is wonderful thanks to the fiber optic internet connection.

The dream of an Andalusian country house

The biggest draw of the house is its location, with a stunning view of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. About pets, they are allowed but paying a surcharge of €30 for a pet apart from the reservation, check with the hosts.
