Die Finca bietet viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Die geräumige und windgeschützte Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen, Lesen eines Buches oder einfach zum Genießen der Sonne ein. La Pared befindet sich nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt vom größeren Ort Costa Calma weshalb wir unbedingt ein Mietauto empfehlen.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

It features a double bed, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, free WiFi, and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Fresh towels, beach towels, beach chairs, a sun umbrella and bed linen are provided. Guests benefit from a 20% monthly discount. This is a non-smoking apartment.

El apartamento de dos habitaciones tiene balcón con vistas al mar, aire acondicionado y WiFi gratuito. El ático del edificio es común y cuenta con una amplia terraza con zona chill out, solárium y ducha exterior. Además dispone de zona de barbacoa donde disfrutar de una agradable velada.
