Den inneholder et bad, stue med spiseplass og et soverom. Leiligheten befinner seg i et hus fra 1933 så det er noe slitasje på kledningen og vi renoverer kjelleren. Pga dette er det noe mer kaotisk på tomta enn normalt. Det er mulighet for å vaske klær i etasjen over.
