This waterfront family cottage, built in 1950 by my grandfather, retains its vintage charm but has been renovated to offer modern features. It's perched above Sodus Bay w/ perfect sunset views & stairs down to private seasonal dock, sitting area, private rock beach, 2-person & 1-person kayaks, canoe, & floats. Renovations include HVAC, ceiling fans, flooring, windows, paint, full-size washer/dryer, & mostly new furniture.

Our family welcomes you to our cozy loft located above our unused garage. Private entrance, place to yourselves, queen size bed with pull out couch that can sleep 2, Roku TV, extra linens, standup shower, heater and air conditioning and book nook. Note there is no stove, just a air fryer and griddle No pets allowed Minutes from Fair Haven and Chimney Bluffs. Gas stations and Dollar General in town Eats- Fullers Ice Cream shop, 104 Store Note- the garage is a metal roof, bad cell reception

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cottage. Just a 7 minute walk to the village of Sodus Point where there are several restaurants and ice cream shops(seasonal). Also, close by is Sodus Point Beach which is great for long walks along the water. We also have 2 kayaks with paddles for use, a fire pit and a basketball hoop.
