We live downstairs (separate entrances) so it’s not always silent but it’s generally a really quiet area with the occasional crow of our rooster or hens clucking. There is a full size bed in the bedroom and a queen bed in an alcove off the living area. Small kitchen to cook and in, also feel free to use our bbq if the weather calls for it! The bedroom and bath are located upstairs. Very convenient parking on the street. For guests who are staying longer, if you choose, the carport is available on the back of the building. "No Guests" Rule: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No visitors, local or otherwise.
