The home sits on a nice open piece of property with a pond nearby. We are less than half a mile from Sweet Berry Farms and 4 miles from downtown Marble Falls. The home is a not far from boat ramps, hiking and local wineries. Approximately 10-15 minutes from Hidden Falls Adventure Park (with plenty of room to park your toys).
