Med bivanjem v tem prenočišču na osrednji lokaciji boste z družino blizu vseh pomembnih točk. Nahaja se v mirnem središču vasi Škofije oddaljeno 7 km od Trsta, 7 km do Kopra. Najbližje plaže v Ankaranu je oddaljena 4 km približno 7 km pa je do nove plaže v Kopru. V bližini je trgovina, pošta, bari, slaščičarna. Urejene so peš poti in kolesarska pot Parencana, po kateri lahko pridemo do turističnega Portoroža. 20 km od Škofij se nahaja kobilarna Lipica, 50 km Postojnska jama in Predjamski grad.

Bivališče je oddaljeno od središča mesta 400m, in omogoča preprost dostop do vseh pomembnih točk. Smo v peš coni in območju kolesarske proge PARENZANA. Povezava za kolesarje je imenitna ob morju. Do Kopra je samo 4.7 km izpod stoletnih borovcev. Če pa izberete kolesarsko pot proti Portorožu in Piranu, imate dva vzpona in tunela stare železnice PARENZANA. Izola ima mestno plažo Svetilnik, najbolj čisto morje je tu. Plaža ima naravno senco borovcev. V morju se kopamo do sredine oktobra.

Studio Solare is a stone cottage with big windows where you feel part of the nature. It might be small, but it has everything you need. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.
