Excellent location, pleasant garden with Mediterranean vegetation, cozy apartment and our desire to feel at home with us, all these are sufficient reasons to spend your holidays, a long weekend or maybe just a day in our apartment Haliaetum all-year-round. The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. A charming place all in stone and wood, full of sunlinght, situated in the neighbourhood of the beautiful Church of Saint Rocco. You can admire the old arhitecture astoundingly compressed in small places, eat in some of the best restaurants of Piran two steps away or be at the seaside in one minute. Located in the quiet heart of Piran, superb venetian old city, close to restaurants, shops and local market. The luminous studio can accomodate 2 adults guests and is modernly renovated. Apartment in a house in Piran with a large garden and an amazing view. Only a 5-minute walk to Tartini square, the city center, the grocery store, the beach and to the nearest bus stop. Two parking spaces are available for free (tandem parking - your cars parked one in front of the other). The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is not yet included in the price and has to be paid in addition in cash.

It's a two storey house with two apartments in Strunjan near Piran on a very peaceful and green location surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig trees and other mediterranean plants, 600m from the nearest beach in Moon bay. It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor.
