Bright and cozy apartment in rural and scenic surroundings on the peninsula Røyse, with a lovely view of Tyrifjorden. The apartment is about 60 sqm, on the 1st floor of a residential house, and has a separate entrance. In the living room there is TV with Blu-ray player, cromecast and many TV channels. The bedroom has a double bed. In addition, two mattresses that you can put on the floor. 1 person (max 180 cm) can sleep on the sofa in the living room. Screened, sunny terrace with dining area and sofa nook. The rent includes everything, bring toiletries and food.

The apartment is in a residence at the heart of a quiet cul-de-sac facing a forest grove. There is a short way to bus and train, and parking for a car on the property. It takes 12 minutes by train to Oslo city center. It is a nice starting point for walks in forest and fields, a short way to the great Henie Onstad art center located by the sea with both coastal path and swimming beaches. Sandvika is within walking distance where there are restaurants and cafes, and Sandvika Storsenter with a good selection of shops. Large terrace with outdoor furniture.
