Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

Cabin of 100 sqm on the peninsula Stångehamn. Located 7 km south of Oskarshamn city center, in a safe summer cottage area. Private jetty in a quiet bay, a stone's throw from the outer archipelago. Several swimming areas nearby. It's 70 meters to the boat and the dock that belongs to the cottage. Ask the host if you are interested in using it during your stay. Rowing boat, canoe and bicycles are included in the rental. Motor for boat can be rented for SEK 100 per day + gasoline. Bed linens and towels can be rented for SEK 100 per guest. Note: no Wi-Fi

Lovely cottage with stunning lake views and HotTub

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

Charming house in the countryside near forest and water!

Idyllic and peaceful country house with animals and wild nature around the corner. Here you are among the farms and forest. Bikes are available for tours on lovely gravel roads to nearby lakes. Rowing boat is available to borrow for fishing. The ocean is within reach. BBQ evenings on the patio and breakfast in the open air. Ten minutes to grocery store and twenty to town for restaurant visits and commerce. Many excursions such as Astrid Lindgren's world, Glasriket, Kalmar, Öland, Gotland and the Blue Virgin Nature Reserve.

Sports cabin by wilderness lake

The cottage is right on the beach of Stora Sinnern, one of the few genuine spring-fed lakes that remain untouched with a maximum depth of 25 meters. The cottage is located on the tip of a headland in the middle of the lake surrounded by beautiful cliffs. The plot has a sunny position all day from early morning to late evening. The house has 4 good beds, a fireplace, and a glazed veranda. Bathing dock just outside. This is a unique opportunity for those who want to experience a natural accommodation by a lake in Småland!

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. History: Our farm was built early 1900 by Caroline's old grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. 1925 man small cottage so then used as a small farmhouse, while upstairs and the part where the kitchen is now a storage room and grain warehouse. In the early 1980s it was converted into a residence, then by Caroline's grandfather Nils. Enjoy large garden, cozy cozy cottage only 80 meters from the shore.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A granary that has been converted into a guest house with 6 beds. Shower, toilet, washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, TV, DVD, (no Wi-Fi) grill available. Discover all the chickens and 2 cats on the farm. Pick eggs and enjoy breakfast overlooking fields and forest. About 2 km from here, you will find Lake Maren where you can swim. It takes about 45 minutes to drive to Astrid Lindgren's World.

Swedish house in Småland - In the forest and in the middle of it

We found our dream house and would like to share it with you! Completely renovated with love and an eye for detail, so you can feel at home. The perfect starting point to explore Småland, Öland and the glass empire. Our house is located in the middle of the forest and yet only 3 km from the small town of Högsby, where you will find all the daily necessities. The house is suitable for 4-5 people and up to two dogs are welcome. Discover Smaland at its best.
