The Wee Bothy. Amazing sunsets

A quaint and unique place to get away from it all, this warm and comfortable bothy is nestled between the sea and the spectacular Trotternish ridge. Perfectly located for the discerning explorer, the best of Skye's sights are a short stroll or drive away, including The Old Man of Storr, Quiraing, Staffin Beach and the dino footprints at Brother's Point. The bothy is fully-equipped and receives regular 5* reviews. A perfect place to unwind and watch a beautiful sunset after a day's exploring.

Skye Red Fox Retreat - stunning luxury glamping

The Red Fox Retreat is the ultimate luxury glamping getaway location. A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. It is warm and cosy to protect against the elements and yet light and airy. The cabin is accessed via a spectacular large undercover deck area.

Gate Lodge on Conservation Farm Isle of Skye

Opened in January 2020, the Gate Lodge is a charming octagon with plenty of original character. Warm and well-equipped, it has been completely renovated and sits within the grounds of a working conservation farm. Strictly No Smoking. Only a ten minute walk from Loch Bay Restaurant, the Stein Inn, Skyeskyns and Diver's Eye, the lodge is surrounded by nature and wildlife with stunning views. It offers the perfect, peaceful break. Malky's Suite

Taigh Malky is one of two self-contained suites in the property and comprises of a double bedroom, kitchen/living space with a picture window looking onto a stunning view of Loch Roag with the Cuillin mountain range behind. It allows you sanctuary and peace to continue to enjoy the beauty of Skye, after a day of exploring the island. Our beautiful wooden pods are set on the hillside behind the Cowshed Boutique Bunkhouse and enjoy amazing views across to the bay and the hilly surroundings of Uig. In a wonderful location to explore the Isle of Skye, The Cowshed is perfectly situated for enjoying spectacular sunsets in a peaceful setting. We have 7 pods available, and each of these cosy spaces is equipped with enough comforts for you to enjoy a relaxing break surrounded by nature.

Beams, Geary is a cosy renovated house located in the Waternish Peninsula of North West Skye. Beams is the perfect house for all couples, families and friends, offering spectacular panoramic views. EV Charger also available! Guests can take advantage of an open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas, and a comfortable Main Bedroom. The upstairs open mezzanine has two single beds. A second full bathroom can also be found within the property.

Beautiful setting by the sea. 15 minute drive from Portree. Close to local bus route. Plenty of local wildlife to sit and observe. Within walking distance of local hotel. Outside area with seating provided to enjoy. We now have WiFi available to guests. Earlier (from 4pm) check-in available on certain days - please message to inquire. Small but functional - Pod is 3 meters x 4.8 meters.
