Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.

The place is located 5-minute drive and a 15-20 minute walk to Frankston Beach. 1 min walk to Monash uni and 5 min walk to Frankston Hospital and surrounding medical facilities. If you are not driving, you can use a train from Leawarra station which is 3 min walk from the unit.

The property is located in peaceful, residential area of Mount Eliza, backing on to a small Nature Reserve. The accommodation suits couples or singles (1 Queen size bed offered), well behaved pets are welcome. The guesthouse is in close proximity to the main residence but it is in separate building with it's own access through the side gate. Internet and Netflix available.
