The place is located about 1 km from the ferry dock on Ågskardet, close to the sea. View from the house, to fjords and mountains in the area. Good opportunity for mountain trips, both easy and more demanding. Best suited for 2, or a small family. The house is from the 1800s, but renovated and new bathroom with shower in 2017. Formerly a granary, but housing since 1946, and has retained some of the original character. Equipped for simple cooking, with a stove. Refrigerator and freezer. Welcome to our cozy mountain cabin, perfect for relaxing from everyday life. The cabin is idyllically located and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Here are 4 beds, complete with duvets, pillows and bed linen. The kitchenette has a gas stove and fridge and everything you need for cooking and serving. Wood-fired heating. Firewood is included. The cabin is equipped with electricity and wifi. Water is collected from the stream, in winter the host puts in cans with water. Outdoor toilet located nearby.

And you can regularly see birds, moose, and other wildlife by the river. There are also good hiking areas, ski tracks, and snowmobile trails. The cabin is located in Herringen, 18km outside the city centre. We have all basic facilities, WiFi, TV, toilet, heated floors, dishwasher, & washing machine.
