Good sun conditions during summer with sun from early morning to about 8pm in summer With the possibility of renting a boat in a boathouse in the garden (20 feet and 60 horsepower trailer) with access to a table, kayak and paddle board. Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse there is a jetty with a bathing ladder. The house has two bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The accommodation is located 4 km from the city centre of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

Access to private gapahuk a little walk away. At the same time, it is only 2 km to Lyngdal city center, the stadium, Sørlandsbadet and the beach at Rosfjord. It is best suited for 5, but the possibility of an additional mattress. Includes: 1st floor - living room, dining room, kitchen with gravel, bathroom with shower, entrance and laundry room. 2nd floor - 2 bedroom and hallway/loft.

There you can swim from the jetty. If you rent a boat, it is right out in a varied archipelago with good fishing opportunities. Beaches are about 15 min away towards Lista. 10 min by boat/car to the city center.
