The home is great for those who are here temporarily visiting friends and acquaintances or want to stay a little longer and explore Karlstad with the surrounding area. If you are here for work, there is a workspace with a desk and access to Wi-Fi/fiber connection. TV with Chromecast is located in the living room.

Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)
